REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a student cancellation, students will be obligated to pay all fees or expenses incurred. Full refunds and deposits are granted prior to the first class meeting only. To receive a refund, a written letter of request must be received and postmarked no later than 3 days prior to the class meeting. The Academy of Cosmetic Arts has the right to dismiss or refuse students under their discretion. Fees incurred will be the obligation of the student and no refunds will be granted. Full payment is required prior to the first class meeting in order to be accepted into the program.

AGREEMENT
I do hereby agree to allow myself to participate in the aforementioned classes and I further agree to indemnify and hold the Academy of Cosmetics Arts and all its employees harmless from and against all liability for any injury which may be suffered by me arising out of or in any way connected with myself and the school.
